Taking Your First Call

On the Computer

  1. Log In to AllCalls.io:

  2. Add Funds:

    • Click the Add Funds button in the upper-right corner or go to the Billing section on the left-hand menu. Add enough funds for at least one call.

  3. Decide Where to Take Calls:

    • You can take calls either on the website or through the mobile app.

  4. Taking Calls on the Website:

    • After logging in, navigate to the Take Calls tab on the left-hand menu.

    • Click the Turn Calls On button on the right-hand side.

    • Allow microphone permissions and test your audio when prompted.

  5. Enable Calls:

    • Once permissions are granted, click the Turn Calls On button again.

    • You’ll see the toggle switch and a banner at the top turn green, indicating you are in the queue to receive calls.

  6. Receiving a Call:

    • When a call comes in, a notification will pop up in your browser, and you’ll hear a ringing sound.

    • Press the green button to answer the call.

  7. During the Call:

    • A call timer will appear at the top, along with the state the client is calling from.

    • After 25 seconds, the client’s phone number will be displayed, allowing you to add their information and save it.

  8. Call Features:

    • Use the options at the bottom of the call screen to:

      • Mute the call.

      • Add a three-way call.

  9. Ending the Call:

    • Press the red button to end the call.

    • A disposition window will pop up, prompting you to select a disposition.

      • Choose Save and Pause or Save and Continue to take more calls.

  10. Congratulations!

    • You’ve successfully completed your first call on the computer.


Taking Calls on the Mobile App

  1. Add Funds on the Website:

    • Ensure funds are added through the AllCalls.io website before using the mobile app.

  2. Download the Mobile App:

  3. Log In:

    • Use your AllCalls.io username and password to log in to the app.

  4. Accept Permissions:

    • Accept all permission requests during the setup process. The app will not function without these permissions.

  5. Enable Calls:

    • Tap the Turn On Calls button in the app.

  6. Join the Queue:

    • Once the calls are turned on, you’re in the queue to take calls.

  7. Receiving a Call:

    • When a call comes in, you’ll receive a notification saying New Client Calling.

    • Tap to accept the call and get started.


You’re now ready to take calls on both the website and the mobile app. Happy calling!
