At AllCalls, we are dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring our platform is accessible when you need it. Below is a breakdown of our hours of operation, how to reach support, and call availability.


Support Availability

We offer multiple ways to get in touch with our support team:

    • Available from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

    • Also available on Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST.

    • Note: Live chat cannot process call refunds. Refunds must go through our Call Review Team via email listed below.

Call Availability Hours

Our calls come in around the clock, as we generate leads in various time zones across the country. Here are some guidelines for call availability:

  • Call Availability:

    • Peak Call Hours are from 9am - 11pm EST. While calls are available throughout the day, volumes can vary based on time zones and states. 

    • All of our Call Types including Medicare are available year round.
  • Evening Calls:

    • After 8:00 PM in your selected states, call volume tends to decrease.

  • Weekend Calls:

    • Calls are available on weekends, but with slightly lower volumes compared to weekdays.
