The Clients tab in your dashboard is your go-to tool for managing and organizing your client interactions. Located on the left-hand menu, this tab provides an overview of all calls that lasted beyond the 25-second buffer and were paid for. Here's a breakdown of what you'll find and how to use it:


Features of the Clients Page

  1. Client Overview:

    • The page displays a detailed list of all your paid calls, making it easy to track and manage your client interactions.

  2. Information Displayed:

    • Client ID: A unique identifier for each call.

    • Client Name: The name saved by the agent (if entered).

    • Caller ID: The phone number of the client.

    • Recording Link: A direct link to access the call recording.

    • Disposition Status: The status or outcome of the call as selected by the agent.

  3. Quick Access to Client Details:

    • On the right-hand side of each record, you'll find two important buttons:

      • View Client Info: Provides a quick view of the client’s details.

      • Edit: Allows you to:

        • Update client information.

        • Modify dispositions.

        • Add or edit notes related to the client.


Exporting Client Data

The Clients tab includes an Export feature, allowing you to download your client information and recordings in a CSV format. This feature helps you keep offline records and manage your data efficiently.

  1. How to Export:

    • Click the Export button located at the top of the Clients tab.

    • Select the data you wish to export, including client details and call recordings.

    • The exported file will be saved in a CSV format for easy access and analysis.

  2. Why Export?:

    • Maintain offline records of client interactions.

    • Share client data with your team or use it for external reporting purposes.


Filtering Clients

The Clients tab offers a powerful Filter feature to help you quickly find specific client records. This makes it easier to locate past interactions without scrolling through the entire list.

  1. How to Use Filters:

    • At the top of the Clients tab, use the search and filter options.

    • Filter by:

      • Email

      • Phone Number

      • Client Name


  2. Benefits of Filtering:

    • Save time by quickly narrowing down the client list.

    • Locate specific call recordings or details for follow-ups.
