Client Overview:

The page displays a detailed list of all your paid calls, making it easy to track and manage your client interactions.

Information Displayed:

Client ID: A unique identifier for each call.

Client Name: The name saved by the agent (if entered).

Caller ID: The phone number of the client.

Recording Link: A direct link to access the call recording.

Disposition Status: The status or outcome of the call as selected by the agent.

On the right-hand side of each record, you'll find two important buttons:

View Client Info: Provides a quick view of the client’s details.

Exporting Client Data
The Clients tab includes an Export feature, allowing you to download your client information and recordings in a CSV format. This feature helps you keep offline records and manage your data efficiently.

How to Export:

Click the Export button located at the top of the Clients tab.

Select the data you wish to export, including client details and call recordings.

The exported file will be saved in a CSV format for easy access and analysis.
